Stargazer's Ball

Come with us on a journey through time and space... We want to see your creative outfits inspired by Sci-Fi, Aliens / UFOs, your Zodiac sign, Star Trek, Sailor Moon, your favorite planet, and more! Costume contest for Funniest Costume and Most Creative. Specialty themed cocktails provided by the team at Smoke & Mirrors. Commemorate your look at our themed Photo Booth. Arrive early to learn fun science facts about the Solar System and beyond! Interactive activity, get your Zodiac bracelet made with Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. DJs Murderline & SissyBunny will be spinning techno tunes to take you up, up and away!
Taste of History

Join Yorecraeft and our friends from Tea Time Tiffin at this free public event as we step back in time to the 1940s! We will be recreating the home front with an adorable kitchen setup, talking about rationing, selling reproduction vintage home goods & more! While - u - wait mending available!
The Taste of History is a partnership with Military History Preservation Group, Amherst Historical Society and the Lorain County Visitors Bureau. A unique public display timeline event with a beautiful historic backdrop and a fun spin - focusing on the food and rations that fed soldiers across all eras, as well as civilian home front and camp follower displays. The Taste of History 2024 had over 200 reenactors and over 3,500 attendees, and more are expected in 2025!


Medieval Picnic Potluck

Bring a medieval dish + blanket to share at this free, casual picnic potluck!
If you have an instrument, feel free to bring as well!
Medieval / Renaissance dress or cottagecore admired, not required. We will have lawn games and be trying out some new medieval dances.

Timbers were shivered back in March as we partnered with Les Délices and Seán Dagher! Anne Bonny, Mary Read, Rachel Wall, and Calico Jack regaled the audience with tales of the Caribbean and to see if a pirates life was for them!
Make We Joy: Medieval Twelfth Night

In partnership with Trobár Medieval, Yorecraeft led an evening of dancing, merrymaking, and medieval riddles. We ended the night by crowning of the Monarchs of Misrule and a genuine medieval wassail!


18th Century Tavern Night

Bottlehouse Lakewood
In partnership with the Red Squirrel Tavern, partygoers were assigned a Loyalist or Patriot identity as they entered the Bottlehouse Meadery for an evening of 18th century songs, games, and dances!
